Ive been collecting Love Sewing Magazines for a while now, loving there sewing inspiration and of course the free sewing patterns. Love Sewing is such a great magazine it makes me want to hid away in my studio and sew all day, you feel like you're connecting with fellow sewers as they feature articles and images from the readers. The free patterns you get each month are so amazing, they are so simple to use and so effective.
For ages now I have been saying ill make a new wardrobe using all the patterns I have collected over the passing months but somehow something has always popped up and I have been working on other projects. Well what's better than filling your Sunday with sewing. I bought a lovely floral fabric the other day as it was on sale and I couldn't refuse buying a few metres, my fellow sewers will understand.
I had such fun sewing this lottie blouse, putting in a slightly puff sleeve was a first for me too so very proud as to how it turned out. loving the fresh colours I have paired this blouse with a skinny jean in a similar colour making it a lovely bright summery outfit perfect for any occasion.
