Design Project

Design was my final rotation and I have to say the most interesting one yet. I was put into a small group for two weeks to work on a small design project where we had to create a model box, costume drawings and over all presentation displaying our work and ideas. This was quite fun as the groups were mixed with many different talents and different subjects so working as a group were we have to play to each others strengths was a fun task.

As I make costume I am not the best at costume drawing so I tried something I have never done before which was model making, as a child I would build dolls houses from cereal boxes but have never made anything quite like this. learning about scaling down and which materials work best was the most exciting part for me, it was weird to work on such small objects but was extremely fun.

After having done all the subjects and rotation's design by far was the best for me and I have chosen design as my minor so I look forward to the mini projects when it comes to it.
